New Loan Officer takes on El Paso area October 20, 2009 |

Enchantment Land Certified Development Company (ELCDC), a SBA-licensed certified development company, is pleased to announce the addition of loan officer, Mirella Killenbec to facilitate its El Paso operations. ELCDC has provided SBA 504 loan financing to El Paso businesses in years past, but with a loan officer stationed there full-time, it will be able to better accommodate and serve the financing needs of the small business owners in El Paso County, TX. With her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Phoenix in business of administration and having worked for a local credit union for the past seventeen years, Killenbec comes to ELCDC well-equipped and anxious to take on the new position. "I feel there is great potential to assist business owners in the El Paso community through the SBA 504 loans," Killenbec said. As a loan officer for ELCDC, Killenbec will help promote economic growth in the El Paso area by helping prospective small business owners obtain fixed asset financing needed to grow their businesses using the SBA 504 Loan program. In partnering with banks, ELCDC currently provides SBA 504 Loan financing to small business owners across New Mexico with offices in Las Cruces, Santa Fe and the home office seated in Albuquerque. With Killenbec on board, now ELCDC will also be assisting small businesses in the El Paso County, TX, area obtain long term, fixed interest rate, low down payment financing as well. |
