RestaurantELCDC Exists to provide the keys to New Mexico's job growth -- competitive, long term loans with low down payments to finance assets such as buildings, land and machinery. The ELCDC currently accomplishes this objective by operating as a private not-for-profit membership organization which works with the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and local banks to provide SBA 504 loans that can be used for plant acquisition, construction, renovation or expansion, site improvements, acquisition of equipment, interest on interim financing and soft costs essential to the project.

Since its inception in 1992, ELCDC has approved over $286 million dollars in business financing projects around the state. When leveraged with first mortgage lender financing and the borrower equity contribution, ELCDC has supported almost $854 Million in economic development financing throughout the State of New Mexico. These projects have resulted in the creation and/or retention of 11,534 jobs for the people of the State of New Mexico.    

 

ELCDC is consistently the top SBA-504 dollar volume lender in the State of New Mexico.

RanchingELCDC maintains close ties with our banking partners around the state and participates with the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) in the development of the CDC industry countrywide. Our NADCO participation allows us to be on top of the latest thinking affecting the industry.
