Since 2002, Don Panagrossi has been assisting small businesses with SBA 504 loans at ELCDC.

Don and his family moved from Connecticut to Las Cruces in March of 2002 to open ELCDC’s southern New Mexico office in Las Cruces. Don has 30 years of experience financing small businesses. His specialty is the SBA lending. Don has been an instructor for the National Association of Development Companies, the 504 Industry Trade Association, and the American Institute of Banking and American Bankers Association. Don volunteers his time for various community and professional organizations. His family and friends are the center of his life.
