Steve Carruthers joined the ELCDC staff in July 2009 as a loan officer in the Albuquerque office.

Before coming to ELCDC, Steve worked for about four years as a Banking Center Manager for Bank of America providing leadership to all areas of the banking center operations. In that time, Steve won multiple awards for his customer service, hard work and dedication to achieving goals. Steve also worked for a local mortgage company as a Mortgage Loan Officer developing new networks to expand the company’s client base, managing the loan pipeline and creating and implementing marketing programs. Steve has utilized his acquired skills and talents to assist clients on their various504 Loan projects at ELCDC.
