Vaughn Vialpando serves as ELCDC’s Closing and Portfolio Manager.

Vaughn has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in Albuquerque. He possesses extensive experience in commercial lending having worked in the banking industry for over twelve years with Bank of the West and Irwin Union Bank. Prior to joining the staff at ELCDC, Vaughn spent three years serving as a commercial lending assistant with a strong emphasis in customer service at Irwin Union Bank. His professionalism and dedication to his position along with great follow-up skills ranks him among the best. His commercial loan experience along with a close attention to detail qualifies him to handle any SBA 504 loan that comes to ELCDC.
